Created by Parents for Families Visiting Bali
Travelling to Bali with our own family showed us how difficult it can be to transport prams, cots, and essential items.
We've experienced how quickly concerns like pool safety can add stress to a villa stay, especially having a child who has no fear of the water.
After 15 years working in the airline industry,
we witnessed how often families arrived
without their essential baby gear due to lost or damaged items. Parents can easily be left scrambling from the very start of their holiday.

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to villas and private accommodation across Bali. Delivery areas, inclusions, and any applicable fees are clearly shown during booking so there are no surprises.
Is your equipment cleaned between hires?
Yes. All equipment is professionally cleaned, sanitised, and safety checked after every hire. Cleanliness and safety are non-negotiable for us.
Can equipment be delivered before we arrive?
Yes. Where villa access is arranged with your property manager, we can deliver and prepare equipment before you arrive so everything is ready when you check in.
Is the pool fencing permanent?
No. Our pool fencing is temporary and modular, designed specifically for villa stays. The fencing systems we use are designed and installed to meet Australian pool safety standards, while remaining suitable for short-term use and non-invasive to villa surfaces. All installations are completed with safety and correct placement in mind.
Are your prams suitable for Bali terrain?
Yes. Our prams are selected specifically for Bali conditions, including uneven sidewalks, narrow pathways, and everyday use around villas and towns.
Do you install the equipment?
Yes. We coordinate delivery and professional setup where required, particularly for pool fencing. Clear guidance and placement checks are completed to ensure everything is installed correctly and safely.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during school holidays and peak travel periods, as availability is limited to maintain quality standards.
What if our travel plans change?
We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate adjustments, subject to availability.

Yes. We regularly work with villa managers and concierge teams to ensure smooth delivery, setup, and pickup.
